At GXGELITE, we strive to make receiving your Membership Box as convenient as possible. Please review the following details regarding our shipping and pick-up options:
Claiming Your Membership Box: After purchasing your GXGELITE membership, you will receive a welcome email. To receive your free Membership Box, you must claim it through this email. Follow the instructions to select your size and provide a valid shipping address or choose in-store pick-up. Your box will only be shipped or made available for pick-up after you complete this step.
Shipping Options:
- Free Shipping: All Membership Boxes ship free within the contiguous United States.
- Shipping Time: The shipping time is 2-7 business days (if the item is in stock). Please note that orders may take up to 2 business days to process after you claim your box before shipping out.
- Shipping Hours: Our shipping business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST. The shipping cut-off time is 1 PM CST. Orders claimed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
In-Store Pick-Up:
- You can choose to pick up your Membership Box in person at Hole in the Roof, located at 1125 Washington Ave., Waco, TX 76701.
- Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Please ensure you have claimed your box through the welcome email before arriving for pick-up. You will receive a notification once your box is ready for collection.
Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by visiting our order tracking page. If you haven't received a tracking number or if the tracking number doesn't work, please contact us, and we will gladly assist.

In the event that you wish to request a refund, please note that GXGELITE memberships are nonrefundable once the Welcome Box has been claimed. If you have not yet claimed your Welcome Box and would like to request a refund, please email us at info@gxgelite.com within 30 days of purchasing your membership. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with your order number (which you can find in your email confirmation) and describe the reason for your request so that we may address any concerns and improve our services in the future.
